Research & Problem Statement
Problem Statement
Hyba Hospital needed a modern, well-structured website to streamline appointment scheduling, provide clear healthcare service information, and improve patient interaction. The absence of an efficient online presence led to challenges such as difficulty in booking appointments, limited service awareness, and inefficient patient communication.
Research Process
Competitive Analysis:
Examined similar hospital websites to identify best practices.
Analyzed strengths and weaknesses in navigation, booking processes, and accessibility.
User Interviews & Surveys:
Conducted interviews with hospital staff and potential users.
Collected feedback on existing pain points in hospital interactions and online presence.
Findings & Insights:
Users wanted a quick, seamless appointment booking process.
Patients required easy access to service details and emergency contact information.
Staff needed a system to efficiently manage appointment requests.

- Assess the mobile-friendliness of the website.

Conclusion
The Hyba Hospital website successfully addressed key user pain points by implementing an intuitive booking system, clear information architecture, and a user-friendly design. The iterative design process, based on research and user feedback, ensured a seamless experience for patients and hospital staff.
